review 1: I'm still reading this book. It is a compelling read, but one of the biggest problems I have with reading a book like this is keeping track of the players. It could be my ADD, but I'm sure others suffer from this as well. It would be nice to have a visual--a chart--with the names of all of the participants so that when the person is referred to by their last name, three chapters later--or even in the same chapter, that one could just refer to this chart to see who the person is and what their title is.
