review 1: Jory Strong has a wonderful way of telling a story. The blend of paranormal and erotica, the way she writes, you forget it's make believe. I don't usually read more than 1 series before I change authors. Coming back at a later date for another set , but with Ms Strong I'm going from 1 to the next, often having 2 running at the same time. My all time favorite erotica author. (Sorry Becca Van)This was a great story. I loved the leading lady. The main men in her life, even though both dominant, were smart enough to realise that to keep her they has to relent. Eamon I think will have the hardest time of it in the coming books. Being an Elven Lord used to having his way, with servants and underlings will find that to keep both Cathal and Etian here will have to relax. Even tho... moreugh this was an erotic novel, it's was and has a great story. Great characters that I hope will be expanded in the next, Inked Destiny, great action and intense sex that had me wanting to read non stop till the end.
review 2: I was pleasantly surprised after reading Inked Magic. Stories involving fairies, or in this case elves aren’t really my cup of tea. Regardless I gave this book a try because I liked the idea that Etain could touch someone and know things (plus I’m always a sucker for a romance). The pace of the book was nice, it kept me interested by having the right amount of dialogue, spaced with events that furthered the storyline. When I started reading Inked Magic, I was a little shocked about how sex was on all the characters minds and how open they were in discussing it with each other (maybe I’m not hanging around the right people because I don’t hear my friends telling each other to get laid). But I guess it is an erotica, erotica with a plot that had me turning pages and craving more interactions between all the characters. I can’t wait to find out more about Etain’s family dynamics and how her gift will change. I’m looking forward to reading Inked Destiny. less
