review 1: Days after reading this my little one is still talking about it. LuLu is a spoiled brat and I don't blame her as much as her parents for her tantrums as no one taught her no. She wants a brontosaurus for a pet but her parents finally say no. So she goes out to find one by herself. She meets a snake, a tiger, and a bear that she easily bonks away and eventually finds the brontosaurus. But things don't go as she expects and LuLu learns much about herself and how to behave. The illustrations are lovely and fit the book to a T. My little one liked the most the on going song Lulu sings about finding the brontosaurus as well as an interlude by the author at the end where she states she doesn't like her ending and crates a few more.A fun book to read outloud and I'm told a f... moreun book to listen to.
review 2: Lulu was a bad girl and she wanted a brontosaurus for her birthday. Her parents hardly ever said no to her. But this time they did. And then Lulu said WHY!! My favorite part about the book was when the brontosaurus told Lulu that she should be HIS pet. This book had 3 different endings. You could choose your favorite ending. I liked the third ending best. I took this book to my teacher because I liked it so much. She is reading it to my whole class. This week we are learning about animal's needs and people's needs. This book is helping us to think about that. I liked it a lot. less
