review 1: This was interesting story. I loved the story line and the characters. The one thing that I didn't care for was the over description. Mills descriptive writing is amazing and I didn't need the extended descriptions. The intimate scenes was just wow, so hot. The commander is something else! The action in the story was so exciting. It kept me on the edge of my seat and I can't wait to find out what happens next.
review 2: Couldn't do it anymore. I got to about 43% and it seemed like I got nowhere. Very repetitive. There was very little dialogue between the main characters before they had sex but apparently that's OK because they are mates. I didn't feel their connection because I was annoyed by being reminded how beautiful or handsome each were and how the Univer... morese made them perfect for each other in every way. I have read other books about mates. These books gradually built up to the sex in most and not this instant taking of each other because of a great need. Instant gratification is not for me. Sorry, I am moving on. less
