review 1: Wow! I’ve always enjoyed K. Pinson’s books, but…Oh. My. God! In Spades has it all – romance, hot tatted man, tortured but loveable woman, hot sex – hot as hell sex, and the most adorable little girl. This book reached out, grabbed my brain, and refused to let go until the very end! Avalynn was horribly abused as a child and has sole custody of her much younger sister Abby. A teacher by day and bartender by night, Ava has worked hard for the life she has. The band In Spades plays at the bar where she works on weekends. She noticed the oh so talented and sexy Daxton. Daxton is one hot lead singer, but he’s got much more up his sleeve than just being a musician. These two heat between these two will ignite your e-reader! Will Ava be able to allow Daxton into the... moreir lives? Will Daxton be the man that puts the pieces together for Ava and Abby? Oh, did I mention the unbelievable cliffhanger? I will eagerly be awaiting the sequel!
review 2: this was my message to K. :Just want to tell u I just finished In Spades and u are NOT a nice person !!!!!! I cannot believe the cliffhanger u just left me with! OMG!!!! U had better be hard at work on house of cards and releasing it soon!!!! AAAHHHHHHHHH! OMG, I am in love with Daxton and he'd better be fine!!! Just letting you know ahead of time! Lol. I totally love the story and CANNOT wait for the next one, so please hurry. I don't know if my heart will hold out for too long! Great story less
