review 1: I give this 4.5 stars. I am in love with this whole series and the entire cast of characters. In this book we get to revisit primarily with Marc and Angelina, but we also get some great scenes with Savi/Damian, Luke/Cassie and Adam/Karla. I felt like the beginning moved a little slow and got repetitive with with talking about the issues and why they weren't moving forward, but once Marc started digging around his past, the story just flew by and I could not believe some of the turns the story took. As always we also get a glimpse into future books and I seriously can't wait for more! Marc and Angelina's journey was a long one, but one well worth taking! If you have not read the first books in the series, you definitely need to before checking this out, but it is a m... moreust read!
review 2: Halfway through and I feel like this book could have been shorter. Marc's feelings have been hashed and rehashed, though there has been no headway with them. There are still so many questions unanswered. Typically I love when books in a series I enjoy are really long. But in this case, I think it may be too much of the same info over and over.I haven't fully finished this book but need to get it off my currently reading shelf. I am close to the end, just other books were tugging at me to be read and I needed a break from this one. It really could have been cut in half. I will finish it eventually. less
