review 1: Masters At Arms - Rescue Me Saga 0.5 I got this one free on amazon.I liked this introduction to the Rescue Me Saga. But some of it was hard to read, especially the part about Savannah. The three men suffered in their personal lives and during their time in the service when they were at war. But this story is about hope too. Hope for surviving anything and the hope for happiness.Rescue Me Saga #1 I got this one free on amazon. Marc was working at his BDSM club and caught a man abusing a woman. He put a stop to it. But he was so attracted to the woman, Angelina. But he is too messed up in the head right now. A month late he and his partner, Luke, are on a search and rescue mission and they are in a bar the night after the rescue. He sees Angie there. She comes over to their ... moretable to ask a favor. The guy she was with that night, Allen, has just come in the bar and she is scared of him. Would the men mind if she sits with them for awhile. Of course they say yes.Marc still feels a pull to her. She feels safe with him but she doesn't know why. She hardly remembers that night because she had disconnected her mind from what was happening. Allen approaches her at the bar and gets thrown out. The men come back to her place after the bar and stay the night, partly to protect her and partly because they want her. She invites them for dinner the next night and Allen shows up. He punches her but she fights back and breaks his nose. The guys arrive and take care of her. Marc calls the sheriff and get an order of protection for her. They decide to take her back to Denver with them. Angie is attracted to both men but Marc is the one she chooses.Will they have fun exploring his lifestyle? What will happen with Allen?Nobody's Angel - I really liked this book. The characters are very strong. The story centers around them and the sex club and that storyline are a sub-plot.
review 2: Hmmm - what is my opinion of 0.5? It was a lot of information, but I'm not entirely sure it was or is necessary to enjoy the rest of the series. I'll have to reserve my final opinion on this until I finish the series.Nobody's Angel - 3.5 stars. I loved the Power Exchange between Marc and Angelina as well as the camaraderie between Marc, Damien, Luke, and Adam. I'm looking forward to the rest of the series. less
