review 1: A short story of how Pritkin found his house. The history of this house is very unusual. It had a symbiotic relationship with its former owner, then Pritkin comes along and ‘heals’ it, becoming himself a part of the house. I love the description of the interior. It would be great of realtor’s could ‘show’ houses the same way as in this book. Maybe in the future. Fave part: singing to the fence.
review 2: This was a quick, fun short story telling us how John Pritkin managed to own his House at Cobb End! I actually thought it would be quite boring but I actually quite enjoyed it as house hunting for a part fay, part demon and part human was never going to run smoothly was it?! I totally loved the idea of the estate agents book of holographi... morec properties - so need one of those with 3D spin! Would love to read the story of John and his fiancee, whom he wants to buy the house for in this book! less
