review 1: I was so close to giving this a 5 star rating. The concept was great - an exciting, page-turning mystery. I loved it. The characters - top notch. Voice - perfect. As it got closer to the end, I got more and more excited about figuring out what was going to happen. And then...WTF. It was almost like Myers wrote herself into a corner and couldn't find her way out. I was so disappointed. This book had the potential of being really great. Sigh.
review 2: I thought this book would be a middle school book and wouldn't really be all that good but holy cow! It was fantastic! Every second I got, the book was in my hand and I was reading. I fell in love with the characters and was consistently trying to solve the puzzles and learn what was going own. And the ending. You ... moremost certainly will not see it coming. I know I didn't! I was so confused and then BAM! The ending just hits you. I was shocked to say the least. I recommend people that like semi-creepy things, but not too scary. less
