review 1: I thought that this particular book was somewhat predictable. I enjoyed it but not as much as I hoped I would. I feel like for someone who was so skeptical about love in the first place she sure did fall awfully fast for Ian. Not to mention the author doesnt really go into further detail about the issues between Ian and his parents, more specifically his mother. Overall I thought it was a quick, simple read but I would have preferred more depth and more closure.
review 2: The story between Roxanne and Ian was pretty cool. Their meeting was believable and kinda cute. I couldn't relate to Roxanne in the way I usually could other heroines however I did enjoy her refreshing honesty about what she wanted from a relationship. The contrast between her and Elle was rea... morelistic and offered a pretty good explanation of why they would be friends- opposites and all that. Overall, not going to make it to the re-read pile however I don't regret buying this book. less
