review 1: I can't believe how insensitive this book was. The heroine is supposed to have went through a tramatic experience and the hero is a complete asshole. He's rude to her through the entire first half of the book then all of a sudden he decides he's in lust with her. Nevermind she's been raped and tortured. He practically molests her in every scene after that and he doesn't understand why she freaks out. He knows she's been raped! Does he take a step back or try to slow down? No! He just pushes and pushes and makes her do things she doesn't want to do. But it's okay, because he "knows she wants it." It's a rape disguised as romance. There's nothing sweet or romantic about harrassing women! Then he does a complete 180 and treats her like a whore. Even though HE is the one who c... moreame onto her even though she continually told him she wanted nothing to do with him. He clearly has mental issues.
review 2: I don't know why but so much about this annoyed me. Everyone apparently instantly thought Morgan had a bad attitude, and despite the author constantly saying she didn't sorry but the text made it seem she did. With her background I can't believe that she'd just hop in to bed with her boss regardless of any attraction between them - surely from the description of the abuse she suffered there would be injuries beyond the mental health related ones which would need addressing. The man himself, frankly he came off as an arrogant ass and completely unlikeable. The Sugars - were they bar owners or lawyers? The brothers - I defy anyone to keep them all straight, even after finishing I have no clue which was the Dr (or were two of them described as Dr?), the artist etc.It desperately needs a good editor, maybe that would clear up some of the issues above but more than that it's littered with wrong spellings/wrong words spelled correctly but out of context, and the consistant use of "Could care less" in a sense that the characters clearly wanted to claim they "Couldn't care less" less

Really enjoyed this, full of drama. A great storyline which had me hucked all the way through.

If I did meet someone like Nickolas, I would have love to do a lot worse than hating him.
