review 1: Cute, light book for a quick and easy read. Was not expecting that major plot twist. The technological language was interesting but at times it made me feel a little less connected to Audrey. She's mostly likable as a character although some of her choices towards the climax of the book had me question her (and her series of hormonal men that served as her bodyguards). It was a nice way to pass a evening.
review 2: Great idea! Nerdy and lovable teenagers in a competition to design the next winning concept app ... when one of them uncovers an app embedded in cellphones by a major techie corporation that sounds amazingly like Apple. The embedded app makes people want to buy the company's products .. but, if it were stronger, maybe it would make people want ... ea... morech other. Of course, there are complications ... and a happy ending. Light and fun read, especially for any teenagers fascinated by how the technology they're using really works. less
