review 1: I have to be admit that I feel a little silly being an adult and having read this book. I was entertained in a total teen fiction sort of way. I think preteens would really enjoy this book. It has definite strong "girl power" undertones, and I'm all for encouraging girls to become strong, kind, intelligent women. This book is about a worldwide secret women's society that concerns itself with the mean girls of high school. It's entertaining.
review 2: This is definitely a good read for the younger YA reader. For a "seasoned" reader like old me, it was a little annoying at times(especially the love interest moments). With that being said, the author had some interesting ideas as far as the Cindy's/ wickeds/ Reggie's concept goes. I am interested enough, that ... moreI would give #2 a try. I'm a bit dissatisfied with the ending..... there should have been a few more answers. 3 stars. Highly appropriate for younger readers. less
