review 1: Here is a great introduction into the world of Witches and the Moon family. When a daughter comes of age she must make the biggest decision in her life. A new grimoire to write in, a new weapon from Da and oh wait training in Vampire killing. Because in this world where your prophecy has been foretold you will have to fight to stay alive even if you don't want to. This is also a coming of age story when a young girl must make a decision to grow up and become who she is meant to be or say no and walk away. But when you take the easy road it just may mean the death of a loved one or yourself. Great as a stand alone or as an addition to the series. Would love to read more in this series - excellent.

Miller Haunted Moon A Moon Coven Series Nov... moreellaI hadn’t read anything from the Moon Coven Series, but this novella was a great introduction which shows Leeny coming of age into her witchcraft heritage. Very descriptive and well written, this is the perfect glimpse into the series. I received an e-copy of this book from the author in exchange for an honest review. less
