review 1: FREE TODAY 12/24/2014 at ww.mlrbooks.com !it was DELICIOUS!this story was really good, I loved Noah - he's one hot, sexy badass and it was a pleasure to read about him. the tension between him and Lucas was palpable ad it was brilliant. the only thing i didn't like was Lucas' behaviour in the end, i spent some time with my mouth wide open not understanding why Lucas was so retarded?!i can't wait to read book #2!
review 2: 3.5 /5 stars for the idea & the menThis story has everything I love: strong men (in uniforms), angst & adrenalin, and a fantasy-based storyline. I liked both main characters and the overall rhythm of the story got to me. It was easy to get lost in this world where werewolves are an everyday occurrence. However, there were so many missed opport... moreunities for drama that I wanted to smack the author several times. I couldn’t quite understand how Lucas could so easily accept his role. And I also missed the whole “don’t ask don’t tell” aspect of any military m/m story. That’s why I was a bit disappointed. So all in all: entertaining fast food read with hot men but room for more depth. less
