review 1: This would have been rated higher except: There would be a thought, or a bit of dialogue, and then the MC (either one of them) would go off on this introspective tangent for several paragraphs and then, suddenly, continue the thought, or dialogue. The reader would go "huh?" and have to backtrack to the original thought and then skip ahead to re-establish train of thought....I liked the MCs andd their friends, families and others. Even the bad guys were entertaining. Nice to anticipate a sequel.
