review 1: I enjoyed this book a lot. No, it's not the best book in the world and it's not for everyone, but it had me captivated enough to finish the whole trilogy in one week. My mom picked this book out for me and I just loved. I love Griffins, they're my favorite mythological creature. I really liked the world, the characters, and the plot. Some people might find it a little slow to start, but I didn't really have that problem. I think this is a fun and quick read for anyone who like fantasy. Although, if you're put off by sex and sometimes graphic content, then you might not like it.
