review 1: I liked this book, but didn't love it. Blaine seemed to lose a little of his knack for intelligent and playful banter about halfway through the book...then again, he was probably overwhelmed with confronting his sexuality and having his first gay sexual experience.Matt also changed a bit...I'm not sure what it was but but his seduction tactics seemed a bit cheesy. That said, I loved that the sexual tension between the two main characters was palpable. I loved Blaine's physical response to Matt's overtures. It was pretty sexy...
review 2: Ever since my partial return to sanity after having gotten "Lucky"; which was quite how I felt after finding and then losing myself in that magical world of myth and mayhem, I was bound and determined to have another peak (or m... moreore) into KM's bag of magic tricks.. And Whallah! This one just magically appeared right here on goodreads, in the midst of some seriously Hot July Days! KM, this story is just as captivating, just as magical as Lucky. So, I am definately going to be diggin' deep into that bag til I hit bottom and I hope it's not any time soon. Thanks for sharing the magic! less
