With Me in Seattle
review 1: I picked up this book after reading Forever with Me (Book #8) in this series. It feels weird to kind of go back in time, but I'm so glad I did. I definitely get a much better feel for the Montogomery family and how Natalie fits into it. And I just loved movie actor Luke, in fact their whole relationship was sweet as pie. I know romance books are full of sex, but this series seems to be a little over the top with it. After about the 3rd scene, I definitely start skimming. I can only read about it for so long before it becomes redundant. This book loses a star because of the massive amount of scenes, but I loved it so 4 out of 5 stars.
review 2: I am writing this as I am 93% of the way done with the final book of this series and I can't even express the love that
... more I have for all of these people. Yes they are all gorgeous. Yes they are all sexy as fuck. Yes they make me want to marry a football player, rock star, marine, cop, foreigner, and all other alpha males. Aside from all that hot jumping off the page at me it is romance and partnership at it's core. When my future husband was planning out how to propose to me my sister in law to be sent screens shots of Nat's story and Meg's story to him and said read this and you'll know what she wants. I think I can speak for a lot of us when I say, we are sad to see them go but we are glad they came...and came....and came again! Thank you for the memories and the love. Maybe in years after we have let the characters live and love on you can write us the epilogue book I am so dying for. Until then I will continue to revisit them often. For those that haven't started this series; enjoy it like a fine wine. I read the books as they were released and the only thing that stopped my from devouring them like they were my last meal was that I had to wait for her to write them. Happy reading all! less

DNF!Despite the bad reviews, I thought I'd give it a chance. But now I'm thinking, maybe I should just believe DNF reviews and stop wasting my time with books like this. This book reminds me of Bared to You (Crossfire Book1) by Sylvia Day. It's like a fanfic version, but fails miserably. It wasn't sexy or hot or anything. The supposed 'sexy' bits is actually 'ugh'. Luke's character is a trying hard dominant/boy next door. It's as if two characters in one persona. And what irritates me the most is that Luke kept on saying 'You're beautiful'. I mean I know it's a compliment and supposed to be a sweet gesture but please SHUT THE FUCK UP! It's really annoying how repetitive that was. Then the girl, I'm really imagining her as a short version of Kim Kardashian with a flabby tummy. It's really weird, and so not sexy. And the way she describes everything in the first chapter (e.g. “my photographer’s eye appreciating their intimate moment on the beach.”) I never heard photographers talk like that. And their flirting isn't even fun to read.Anyway, waste of time. Sorry.
