With Me in Seattle
review 1: I have loved this series since it first found its way into my hands with Come Away With Me. I was both read to dive in and apprehensive because I didn't want this wonderful series to come to an end. But alas, it did and in grand fashion. There was a wedding or two, a proposal and a few other fun surprises thrown in as well. Forever with Me is Dominic and Alecia's story. Alecia is the party planner for all of the Montgomery & Williams' events. Dominic is Steven's son, we found this out earlier in the series. Both characters have suffered in love at the hands of others. I loved Dominic's patience and passion. And patient he was, waiting over a year to finally make a big move. Of course it took some convincing from his sisters to make it happen. Alecia was independent and a f... moreorce to be reckoned with. I liked that she made Dom work for it and was able to hold her own in the rambunctious group. When these two finally gave into what they both wanted it was magical. Whew it was steamy and Dom, going off in Italian, just wow! All of the couples that were introduced and I love from earlier in the series play integral parts in this book; from Jules and Nate to Meg and Will and everyone in between. Of course the girls had their drunk sex talk and the guys went into alpha protection mode. I love how open and warm they all are with one another. They way they welcomed Dom with mostly open arms after the revelation that he was their brother just shows how fantastic they really are. There was also Alecia's best friends Blake and Emily. The interactions between Alecia and Blake reminded me of me and my best guy. While this book had all the elements I love from Kristen, I found myself wanting more. While I really liked Dominic and Alecia, their story was missing just that little spark that was present in the others in the series (at least for me). I did really enjoy getting some of Dom's POV in various points throughout the book. It added to his likeability and allowed me to tap into his character more. There was plenty of humor and drama all wrapped up in a sweet love story. I'll be waiting to see what Kristen Proby will dazzle me with next.
review 2: 4.5 Dominic Talking Sexy Italian Stars.... * * * * 1/2Ok... I am going to keep this as short and sweet as I can... If I did Photos and Gifs... you would have picture after picture of a man who oozed sensuality... who would make you need to do laundry 24/7 because your hormones would be on overdrive... I would have gifs of hands caressing limbs... and lips whispering into ears.... and all of that stuff just to let you know how powerful the draw Dominic could weave by just talking to you...But I d less
