review 1: I really want to read this book, ive tried to hunt i down around my town but they all seem to be issued out in practically EVERY SINGLE library that i live around. I read the first 2 or 3 chapters on the actual site and its left me untrigued for more. All my friends at school have read it annd most of us are still waiting for the book because others are still inline waiting for their turn. Only just read the first chapter and i love it.Thank you soo much Lani
review 2: Why I decided to read this book?I decided to read this book because a friend of mine recommended it to me. When I read the blurb I was hooked straight away. The blurb was really interesting and the book sounded like something that I would read.Why I liked this book?I really liked this this book b... moreecause it was written in a really interesting way. When I started reading it I couldn't put it down because at the end of every page there was a cliff hanger and I just wanted to read more and more about it. Another reason why I liked this book was because of the setting, for example it was set in Samoa and I grew up there and reading it brought back the memories of when I was living there.Something new I learnt from this book.I find that fiction books always have a good message behind it and this book had a few messages in it. One of them was that friends come and go but family stays forever and from that message I have learnt that having a good choice of friends around me is very important. I have also learnt to not be afraid to take risks because who knows how its going to turn out.A character or setting in this book that I like.I really liked the Leila's(main character) aunty because she was always there to support Leila and when Leila made mistakes she made sure that she corrected her and that really showed how much she cared for her niece. less
