review 1: Absolutely loved this book. Recently did a review on another book she wrote and I couldn't connect with it. I cannot say the same with this one. Everything about it was perfect. The story flowed right, the characters were relatable, and it left me with a good feeling afterwards. One of the best military romances I've read. It reminded me of what service men and women goes through professionally and personally as well as their families. Highly recommend feel good read...!
review 2: The Grunt was a great surprise. I'm not even sure how I came across this book and I have never read anything from this author so I wasn't sure what to expect. What I got was a well written, steamy romance with characters I really liked. Courtney was perfect for Brett and the chemistry
... more between the two was hot. While it was a quick read, the book does touch on some important topics such as interracial relationships and the sacrifices our armed forces and families make every day. I thought the ending was a little rushed but overall a great read. I would definitely read more books by this author. less

Loved it! Such a great story, but way too many typos. Editing would go a long way.
