review 1: Why is this woman always yelling? Why? She screams, she shrieks, she just can't have a normal conversation in normal tones. And she's always either fighting or horny and wanting to have sex. My head hurts. Seriously. I cannot stand one more exclamation point. This book, these characters really drain me emotionally. Messy, childish and simply grueling at times. Uh. And can I just say her romantic situation between Vance and Leo is just disgusting right now? Vance suddenly going all friendly with Erica is even worse. The whole conversation in how Eri can't be with Karli now because it reminds her of everything that happened? Yeah. I'm not buying that Erica. Which only reminds me of Karli having sex with Vance to forget things too at the end. Should I just call you a slut and... more be done? Specially considering she left him asleep in bed right afterwards and then ran right to Leo. Poor Leo. Really. I don't know what he sees in her. She's obnoxious, insecure, loud and dumb. I just can't...not anymore. This book is even worse than the first. No character evolution at all. In fact, it appears they actually went backwards emotionally.
review 2: Ugh ... just take my heart and rip it into a million pieces ... Please tell me that was a preminition not a dream ... please!!! There are so many parts of this book that I just wanted to scream at the characters ... and as of right now I am not a fan of Erica .. I have bad feelings about what she might do in her emotional state ... But now I have to wait how long till the next book .. A year ... really! less
