review 1: Un buon terzo libro di una quadrilogia. E' stato bello ritrovare la protagonista Scarlett e le sue avventure, la storia è carina e scritta bene come le precedenti, con un linguaggio molto scorrevole e colloquiale, è stata una lettura piacevole che non ha mancato di colpi di scena e misteri da risolvere. Il mio unico rammarico, ed è per questo che non posso dare al libro 4 stelline come si meriterebbe, è che solo una parte del mistero che riguarda questo libro viene risolto con la fine del libro, mentre vi è ancora una parte che viene rimandata ad un ulteriore libro, che purtroppo qui in Italia non è stato pubblicato (perché Fanucci per un UNICO libro hai lasciato in sospeso la serie? Avrei potuto capire se si fosse trattato di una serie infinita di 20 libri ma qui n... moree mancava solo UNO, eddai... mi sento davvero presa in giro!) e quindi... che dire, questa lettura sul finale ha avuto un po' il sapore di un qualcosa di incompleto e triste. Se non fosse stato per questo particolare sarei stata molto entusiasta e sarei corsa a leggere il seguito.

It kept me guessing throughout the book, and it has me guessing now.Why did Mr. Barnes kill Scarlett's parents? What will happen between Jase and Scarlett? All these questions have been going on in my mind, and I can't wait to read the last book. less
