A Bookmobile Cat Mystery

review 1: This is a lovely cozy mystery with an innovative setting (bookmobile!), warm characters, and a psycho - or is that psychic?! - kitty named Eddie. Between Minnie's cranky boss, bookmobile patrons, and Minnie's eccentric aunt, there are numerous opportunities for more murder and getting to know these characters better. I had no problem following the story even though I hadn't read the first in the series ("Lending a Paw"), but I am most certainly going to read it now!Disclosure: BookEnds represents this author and provided me with a copy of this book in exchange for an honest review. review 2: I really enjoyed this book. It is the second in the series but it can be read independently of the other. The book is not a crime lade... moren mystery but is a cozy and thus puts more emphasis on character development and relationships. The main character Minnie is very likable and her cat cohort Eddie, is a gem. The Eddie character is very realistic for a cat and is very well written. I found this book to be a quick,fun, light read. I enjoyed the time I spent with the characters and look forward to another installment. less
