review 1: It is an interesting and entertaining book. The main character is Annabelle and she learns to train her dog and then something more interesting. Her dog is named Pepper and her friends are named Emma and Rachel. Her boyfriend is named Oliver. Annabelle is a hard and tough girl and nothing can stand in her way or stop her. Her friends are suck-ups. It is a really good book and I believe you would be interested in this book if you are a tough and fun tween.
review 2: Another solid installment in Leslie Margolis' refreshing middle grade series about 11-year-old Annabelle. First she trained boys, now she's dating one! As a first relationship blossoms, Annabelle must juggle friends, boyfriend, a Mom who's acting strange, a step-dad with secrets and on top of every... morething else, being a judge for the middle school talent show. Margolis has a great ear for young dialog, and the plot and the characters are fresh and involving. The author certainly set herself up for more in this series, so I hope this won't be the last we're hearing from Annabelle. less
