review 2: I really liked this book. It took me a while to realize that the story is set in the early 80s when rock icons like The Ramones were on the scene. It added a great dimension to the book and explained why some deplorable rock star behaviors are accepted as normal by the characters. Overall, I highly recommend this book. It kept me captivated as I waited to see what would happen with the characters. less
