review 1: This book is HOT! Bring your drool rag and a spare set of panties. Callie and Reese, with a little help from Donovan in the beginning, are setting the pages on fire. Reese is so freakin' sexy and I'll never say or hear the word "silver" the same again *sigh* There was an extreme amount of sex in this book but it fit the "Bad Boy Rockers" theme. It wasn't just vanilla. It was knock your socks off neapolitan! I wish Callie had made Reese suffer more for the mistakes he made. She forgave him entirely too fast but that didn't make me like the book any less. Who doesn't love hot sex with a good story behind it? Bravo Lexi Buchanan! review 2: Reviewed by Stacey for Kelly's kindle Konfessions StarsThis book follows Callie and Reece as they try to forgive, forget, keep secrets, overcome jealousy, overcome hurt, move on separate and move on together. This book is a will they, wont they book.The book starts with a rather hot scene including Callie, Reece and Donovan. What a way to start off a book.... we then are lead to where it all went wrong with Callie and Reece, this is where the mystery of Dahlia starts.Skipping forward 2 months, we read about Callie’s struggle to move on from the hurt she feels from Reece after how he left her, and we read about Reece not liking the fact he has messed up in his opinion for good, he feels that she deserves better. “I’m not good enough for her, that’s what it basically comes down to, and it’s killing me.”The first time they see each other could have gone a lot better then it did, with Reece trying to make her believe she’s better off without him. While Callie travels down the make him jealous route.After deciding to give things a go between the two of them, things seems to be going well until Dahlia comes to visit. She has a story that Reece wont share, causing problems in his relationship. Dahlia isn’t the most pleasant of people and doesn't like to have to fight for Reece’s attention. A conversation overheard makes Callie decide she is done with him. She closes herself off and eventually makes a visit home.Reece decides to fight for his girl, and goes to bring her home. He finally reveals Dahlias secret and they work on getting back to how they were. After a heart to heart things seem to be going well for them, nothing seems to be getting between them. They deserve a hea. “Ugh! I love you, okay and you scare the f*kin shit outta me. I mean before the summer I had no one else to think about before I did anything. I had no one to worry about, but now I have you and…and it scares the sh*t outta me.”I loved this book, it’s totally worth reading. Callie and Reece have such a rollercoaster of a relationship, I was glad to see it ended the way it did. Next up Mara and Donovan, can’t wait. Well done Lexi Buchanan on another great read. less
