review 1: Yep yet again AMAZING !!!!!!!!!!In this you REALLY get to see Dornans dark sick twisted evilness, and also get to see just how strong Julz really is.As each book has progressed it's slowly got darker and darker but just when you think it can't get any darker it REALLY does !! Get your tissues ready and possibly a bucket if you have a weak stomach as this is one helluva ride emotionally for the reader and physically for Julz !!!!
review 2: Well, this shit just got complicated. Sammi was so close to her quest for vengeance being completed. She had taken down most of the Ross family but her plan is unraveling as she’s been discovered. Now Dornan is seeking his own vengeance from the woman that duped him and took the lives of his sons. But his punishment won... more’t be swift, it will be long and drawn out. Leaving her broken in a way that she never thought was possible again. Can she be saved twice from the hands of Dornan Ross?This installment slowly breaks you as you watch as Sammi disappears and Juliette returns. Her suffering at the hands of Dornan this time around is given to you in full color, there is no numbness to the story as you live in the present as she discovers the wrath of the man she wanted to destroy. But yet, you had hope. It wasn’t much. Just a thread. There was a sense that there was far more going on with this story – one you never focused on because your attention was on her and her plan of vengeance for so long. I still have hope. I am a little scared as to what is going to happen – but the hope is there. It’s in the distance, hard to see – but yet I can’t let go of it. Not after everything that has happened. This series is completely addicting, there hasn’t been one moment where I felt like I could stop reading it. And although this installment is mostly about Juliette and her situation, you get a sense of realizing what Jase’s life was like after the brutal gang rape of the girl he loved. With only two installments left I have no idea how this is all going to end. And although the final book in the series releases in about ten days – I already know that is going to be one helluva wait. less
