review 1: Let me first start by saying I've been in a bit of a book funk for a number of weeks now. Books that I would under normal circumstances have devoured, I have been struggling to read. Well I can honestly say that I've been blown out of the park, took a trip around the block and back again with this book. OK, this series is not for the feint of heart. There are parts that literally have me thinking "NO!!! That did not just happen" and it's no exception with this final instalment of the Gypsy Brothers series. Don't expect any censorship or watering down, but readers of this series by now will know this already. Julz is probably the strongest, most badass female I've ever come across in a book. Seriously, what that girl has been through and still she fights with everything s... morehe has. In lots of ways she's stronger than the men in this book and whilst I absolutely love Jase and Elliot, it is Julz that stands out the most for me. I'm assuming that due to the storyline of this series that that should be the case and I'm happy to say that I love that about it. Dornan Ross! My god that man really makes my skin crawl. I've wanted him dead since book 1, he will literally just not go away. But that's how good the characters are in this series. They leap out of the pages and it's like you're experiencing things along with them, albeit a watered down version thankfully.I'm not going to tell you whether Julz gets her happy ever after. All I will say is that despite this being a short read, as with all the books in this series, expect to be on one hell of a rollercoaster of emotions.I have literally been left speechless about how good this book and series as a whole is, and I am confident in the fact that this is definitely one of my favourite series of 2014 and look forward to what Lili has to offer in 2015.
review 2: *UPDATED RATING* 3,5 stars.#edited#Short review:The writing: ・Book 1-7: Fine. (3,5 stars)The character:・ Book 1-4: I liked the character development on Julz or Sammi. She was fearless, a strong woman. She was irritating at first but I liked the way she handled Dornan. But sorry my fave character is Dornan. I don't know why, he was cruel and an a#####e (he is the devil). But can't you see? That's the point! He is unique! (3,5 stars - 4 stars)・Book 5-6: Well I kinda hate Julz or Sammi for what she did. She was using drugs, ok that was Dornan's fault but still, she need to control herself right? Next, Jase, he was too kind. Sigh. And Dornan. God he really was a devil, monster! I hate him! (3 stars) ・Book 7: I liked it! Well developed. (3,5 stars)The story and character:・Book 1-4: My fave! The storyline was intriguing in some ways. This was a great page turner and kept me reading, considering that this is not my usually read (Short story, dark romance). But hey I can't put it down (or maybe because it was too short? Idk.) (3,5 stars) ・Book 5-6: I had enough of Dornan. Book 5 was very cruel. Ugh. And book 6 was boring. (3 stars)・Book 7: Sweet revenge baby♪ I liked it! But the ending? Not so much. Finally julz got what she wants and then what? I need more. Too short. (3,5 stars) less

Yes, this book had action, but it lacked the "spark" the previous ones in the series had.
