review 1: I thought it was a great book with lots of adventure and drama. It is about a girl and her mom is a spy so they move to france with false identities but wherever they are the mole always seems to find them resulting with one of their acquaintances getting killed with denim. It made me just want to keep on reading and reading until I finished. I think Death by Denim by Linda Gerber is a good book for girls in 5th -8th grade.

A couple of parts were repeated, like the dead person, but hey, what's a story without a few people dying?! I think Seth and Aphra make a great team. The caught two murderers before and survived and they just caught the guy who hired those murderers. Oops...spoiler! I also love how Ryan fits into all of this. He was Natalie's neighbor in the previous book. He is just that secret spy person that you find at just the right moment.I think the only thing I don't like is the Mole. He is just a coward to send one of his little goons to kill someone else for him. And I think he is just plain meant to want to kill someone...period. That's my opinion. less
