review 1: A PERFECT CHRISTMAS STORY!!!!...I LOVE Linda Goodnight, but this is probably one of my FAVORITES by her!!!! Ms. Goodnight DEFINITELY DID NOT DISSAPOINT! Just a perfect make -you-feel-good- Christmas story!!!! I LOVED Kade!!! My NEW FAVORITE HERO!!!! ~SIGH~ I'm telling ya! Wish these AWESOME guys were 'real' LOL! He was just PERFECT for Sophie, and Sophie was PERFECT for him!!! LOVED Sophie, and I could relate too her. And precious little Davey! AWWWW!!!! Add Kade's Golden Retriever, Sheba's DEVOTION to him is just, heart melting!!! LOVED seeing Popbottle and GI Jack again, LOL! Along with the other residents of Redemtion.....I DEFINITELY recommend this book. If you want a wonderful, feel-good, heartwarming, Christmas romance.
review 2: This is such a sweet Chri... morestmas story, and I loved some of the characters. They are so well done. Kade Mckendrick's Aunt Ida June has loads of spunk, and she is such fun to read about! My heart also went out to little Davey, especially since I have been involved in the foster care system. I wanted to tear up several times. I wish the story would have gone just a little bit farther into the future, because it seemed somewhat unfinished without an epilogue. I assume the author will continue the story in the next book in the series, but it still seemed to end in an awkward place for my taste.I highly recommend this book, especially if you love children and/or Christmas stories. less
