review 1: A continuation of the Stone Creek series about the O'Ballivan family members. This is story of Olivia and Tanner. Olivia is a vet who is able to communication mentally with animals. Tanner is a rancher who comes to the area with his daughter. His wife died years ago and he is has sent his daughter to live in a boarding school thinking that she will be safer there. She runs away from the school and comes to live with Tanner. In the meantime, Olivia comes to the ranch to help out with the animals and meets them.
review 2: A two-story collection, the first deals with Olivia O'Ballivan, a vet who can talk to animals and has a very smart Golden Retriever, who tangles with Tanner Quinn, her next-door rancher and his 12-yr old daughter. This is a Christmas story a... morend it wouldn't be complete with a tree-seller who is Santa in hiding (sort of).The second story follows Olivia's sister, one of the twins, Ashley and explores whether Jack McCall, who stole her heart years earlier, is going to have it stolen again. OR will she so capture his that he can't leave Stone Creek again? This story takes place about two years after the first one, thus enabling us to follow what happened to Olivia and Tanner after they decided to make a life together.Both stories are heart-warming, even as they toss the reader in exciting events that keep the pulse pumping at times other than the sex scenes. less
