review 1: The book itself is pretty good, but I don't like the ways Margo acts, she clung onto Oliver, not wanting to let someone else in because of petty jealousy and getting annoyed when her best friend judged her but still wanted to understand. She has some choice on who gets her vessel, she gave it to Naomi yet she is frustrated with Naomi for trying to understand. Margo drops this bombshell on her best friend and expects everything to be normal. That doesn't happen even in life.
review 2: I'm not quite sure what I think about this book. Margo's sudden selfishness frustrated me to no end, and I had to step away from the book several times to keep from screaming at it. I wasn't big on this book's Oliver, either - he was WAY too pushy. If I hadn't absolutely adored the
... more first book, and if Lindsay's writing wasn't so easy and fun, I might not have made it all the way through. Review possibly to come, we'll have to see. less
