review 1: Queen Elizabeth takes on the role as slayer on the night of her coronation that takes her on to a journey of vampires and self research as she looks into her past and what really happened to her mother Anne for her to be executed. It was a good book, but not spectacular. I felt like I had to force myself to read it to the end. Which is a shame, because I like the concept and looked forward to read it. But it's worth a read if you like the combination of Queen Elizabeth and the supernatural.

... moreabout the sex thing since she was known as the Virgin Queen. Great descriptions through out. Ending was a "Huh?" moment for me. Not thrilled with it. less

It's no Abraham Lincoln Vampire Slayer but it was a fun light read.

The only saving grace was Anne Boleyn's role in all of this.
