review 1: I absolutely love this series. I honestly did not think I would enjoy a series about gypsies and magic. I can’t believe I had such a closed mind. I know from experience, that Madeline Sheehan is an exceptional writer. She pours her heart and soul into everything she produces. Why would I have doubted that this series would be any different? This book gives us more detail on what has happened with other members of the clan and how their lives have ended up. Just when I think I have a handle on what is happening….BAM…Madeline throws a monkey wrench into things and I am knocked on my behind. Cannot wait for the next book.
review 2: I would LOVE to live inside Madeline’s head, even if just for a day! The Holy Trinity Series is Cray Cray! Post-apocaly... moreptic Skin Eaters, humans damn near extinct, magical gypsies, dragons and a new species of vampires. This series is survival of the fittest at its best!!!If you haven’t read The Soul Mate and My Soul to Take…..I would highly recommend it. You will need the background for Lost Souls! Plus the series is amazing.Let me start by saying….. I LOVE LOVE LOVED the way the book was written. The alternating POV’s was the shit!Lost Souls keeps you on the edge of your seat, wondering when the next “WTF” moment will occur. Expect the UNexpected! It’s kind of fucked up….words seems to be failing me right now. We get more of the YUMMY Hockey! Swooooon. I love him. He is loyal, loving, protective, and HOT! What more could you ask for?! And the rest of the crew makes their presence known as well. ;)A whole lotta shit goes down in this book, it’s damn near impossible to for me to explain it, if you haven’t read the book. Be prepared for some jaw dropping surprises too! Everything and everyone is wayyyy different at the end of the book. Some of it is heart breaking while some will make you smile. No worries…there is still plenty of panty melting sexiness in the book too with non-stop ball to walls action. Oh yeah, the evolution of Skin eaters is revealed. Finally! (THANKS MADELINE )The Lost Souls is magically delicious! Totally worthy of 4 stars!!!!! less
