review 1: This book is my second Mandasue Heller book and I enjoy this less than the first one.Not wanting to give any of the plot away to potential readers I will just say it was rather hard to understand in parts as the author seemed to explain quite a simple plot in a difficult manner and It was towards the end quite unbelievable and seemed as if the author was rushed to finish it.Will not write HELLER off just yet as up until the end I enjoyed this read, so will try another one of hers, and hope this ending was just a blip.

I had a discussion with book friends recently about liking books more sometimes when you hate the character(s) and it works certainly in this case. We follow Mia and Michelles life from birth to present day and the drama unfolds pushing the sisterly bond to the limit and endangering both their lives.Its a gripping story with gasping 'I can't believe she did that' scenes, this would be good as a movie too. 4 out of 5 for me less
