review 1: I thought it was a short-story but it actually turned out to be quite longer than expected. I am glad of that fact though because it worked well into giving the readers a more detailed view of the two main characters and their romance. Also, the information about each “being” and their history was detailed and interesting and the same could be said about the surroundings and the action taking place. It made for an interesting story, no doubt.
review 2: A nice little novella for a long bus ride home. The story was quite good. A modern artist is transported to another realm where she discovers a dragon lord - her husband - has been imprisoned for a thousand years after he was sentenced for killing her. The mystery of why she was living in the present, who he
... moreis, and where her memories have gone was well done. Bits and pieces revealed at appropriate times, a little misdirection, and a good conclusion. The book though, could have benefitted from a good copy edit. There was at least one sentence that simply stopped halfway through, and some words that were used incorrectly (like sister's instead of sisters). I tend to be forgiving of mistakes like that, but not everyone is. The only reason I didn't give the book 4 stars is that it is billed as a Hot Paranormal Romance. While there is a decent amount of sex in the book - Diana and her husband are doing it every ten pages or so, sometimes three or four times in rapid fire bursts, the sex is largely glossed over. Only once gets more than a passing few sentences. I expect a "Hot Paranormal Romance" to have more steamy sex and not simply references to how steamy the sex was. less

Easy to read. Had an interesting plot that wasn't super obvious.
