review 1: I really enjoyed this story I could relate to Lizzie I have struggled with my weight and felt something similar to what she went through. Her love story definitely didn't start off as a love one. It felt more like she just needed to fulfill her checklist before moving on with her life but her list included the hot and steamy Finn who she thought she felt nothing for but sexual attraction. She came to realize her checklist and plans needed to change and would definitely need to be altered. I loved how her struggles became Finns as well and vice versa they fought their true feelings and ended up failing. I hope to hear more of these two in this series. Definitely would like to read more into their future.
review 2: THIS WAS SO OUTSTANDING IN MANY WAYS, I LOVED IT... more. I'VE READ OTHER BOOKS ABOUT WOMEN BEING OVER WEIGHT BUT THIS ONE WAS UNBELIEVABLY ACCURATE, TRULLY EXPLAINED SOME OF OUR DEEPEST (female) SECRETS. I HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH THE SAME PROBLEM, I'M SURE MILLIONS OF OTHERS HAVE, BODY IMAGE. AFTER YEARS OF STRUGGLE AND FINALLY UNDERSTANDING THIS, I STILL FIND IT HARD TO SEE WHAT OTHERS ARE SEEING. THANK GOODNESS FOR MS JACOBS STORY PUTTING IT INTO SUCH A ROMANTIC SETTING. LIZZY IS OBLIVIOUS TO JUST ABOUT EVERYTHING UNLESS IT'S ON ONE OF HER LIST (I make them too, lol). I ADMIRED HER OGANIZATIONAL SKILLS BUT SHE OVER DID IT ON SUCH A LEVEL SHE WAS LIKE A HUMAN ROBOT. THIS IS A SERIES SET IN SMALL TOWN COPPER COUNTY, I'M SO HAPPY THEY ARE STAND ALONES, HOPE THE REST ARE AS GOOD. LOOKING FORWARD TO SEEING SOME MORE OF THE GREAT CHARACTERS WE MET IN THIS ONE. ;D less
