review 1: This is a fun book, though as a grownup one asks, "How did all those trucks fit in one street?" And of course the solution is... impractical, but it's absolutely the kind of solution a younger boy would think of. I would have liked to be able to count the trucks on more pages, but it's a hit with my five year old, so I'll go with it. The writing style does not wear on the designated reader-aloud, and the creativity of the different trucks is amusing.

... moreut this story rewards the reader with an amusing plot twist as a stalled ice cream truck at the font of the line leads to gridlock. It's the young narrator who spots the solution to the problem. I'm looking forward to sharing this one with PK and K kids. less
