review 1: Mary Campisi has done it again... I read "Pulling Home" and It blew my mind... This book is the same... Lots of twists and turns kept me Sitting on the edge of my chair...I spent most of the night reading this book no way could I put It down..Thank goodness I have all of the books in the "Second Chance Series"... So now can read the third book..The obstacles that were put in the way of Rourke and Kate seemed insurmountable...I held my breath a few times.. Rourke at times was a pain in the butt.. Other times he made my heart beat faster...Could Kate ever trust again?? would they ever get their Happy ever after?? I detest spoilers so will not give story away.. You will have to read the book to find out!! if you do not you are missing out on a Fabulous story by an awesome... more author Mary Campisi
review 2: I liked this book. Easy read! I always love to read second chance love stories. This is the second book by this author. Throughout the story, I felt sad for Rourke , the hero who had been separated from Kate for fourteen years and didn't know that he had a daughter too. Loved the other characters too especially Rourke' s niece, Julia(daughter ) and Maxine (Rourke's secretary) who tried their best to bring him and Kate together in the end. Looking forward to getting and reading more books by this author. less
