Well…This was intense.
It was a roller coaster ride made up of the effects of constant mental and physical abuse, mental illness, suspense, secrets and the discovery of love. The writing flowed very well and it was appropriately paced.
I really enjoyed it. I must say that it’s a bit on the dark side so do keep it in mind going in.
This was my first by Adrienne Wilder and with such a good showing here, it won’t be the last.
