review 1: This book was very similar to his other book, Rediscover Catholicism, but a very dynamic Catholic in our church encouraged us all to read both of these books, and so I did. I devoured this one just as fast as the first; I love Kelly's writing. It's simple and engaging, and I think that's the point. I learned some very practical skills in this book, but what I enjoyed the most was how encouraging and enlightening it was. I just want more. This motivates me to motivate others and causes me much joy, and that to me is worth five stars, totally recommend.
review 2: Matthew Kelly has a way with words, a way to make you feel the excitement he feels, the excitement for our Catholic faith. But he also has a way to make you fell the urgency of the moment, this moment. T
... morehe Catholic Church is failing, we are failing our people our nation and mostly our God, but Kelly offers us a plan, a way to achieve the greatness we as individuals and as church are called to. This book is for every Catholic, ones who attend mass and ones who do not, ones who are strong in the faith and those who are not, fallen away Catholics and even ones wanting to discover the faith for the first time. Read this book, reflect upon it and allow it to change you and the church. less
