review 1: Free download. Well this book was great, I actually had a hard time putting it down and before I knew it I had been reading until 3.40am. Liberty has had a hard 4 years, after her brothers death her parents gave up, Liberty took on the parent role but has now decided to move to Savannah for a new start. She meets Brett on her first day, he becomes her first friend, and his sister Maddie is her next. Brett gets Liberty a job and she makes Brett and Maddie her new family, although he wants more. Her second day in a new place she literally crashes into Shayne, her heart skips and she can't believe how gorgeous he is. When she serves him at work they start talking and he gives her his number, when she finally calls him it's instant, Shayne has his own issues but has been hones... moret about them, he feels different with Liberty and he knows she's the one, but will the past come back to haunt him. This story is sweet, and very romantic, Liberty is a nice character although I did find her annoying at times, but she's young. Shayne is so sweet and very hot, his honesty really shows character, I love him. I actually found Brett to be a pain in the arse, and was irritated by Maddie at the end of this story. The plot was good. Lots of angst, the sex is great but very loving. I did laugh at some of the chapters but also cried at some parts, it also has a HEA which is great. This book is very emotional and it grabbed me from the start. Overall it was great and I would highly recommend.
review 2: *Copy was provided for an honest review * Please note this review covers all 3 of Maureen's books.I had the extreme pleasure to get given a copy of all 3 of these great books from Maureen for an honest review, I loved them so much I ordered signed copies of the first two in paperback. And will be getting the third book once it becomes available. I have never meet an author who can spin a love story the way Maureen can and I am not ashamed to say i cried my eyes out with the last book . So emotional, Heart breaking but you still are not able to put the books down, I love Maureen's work and am a huge fan. I highly recommend Maureen's to work to everyone . She truly is an amazing author and you can feel the love she has for writing in every one of her characters well worth the 5 star ratings i will leave on goodreads. Love your work Maureen and cant wait for your next work less
