review 1: First off I have to say... if....you... luv... alphas... then Maya Banks and any of her KGI series is for you!!!Second, I have to say.... I... luv....alphas!!! ok there I said it..Third... this book is awesomely ALPHA!!!meet Steele... a hard (character and body...of course!!) leader of one of the KGI super teams...meet Maren.... an educated doctor living in a third world country providing free medical care to the surrounding areas... oh yeah.. and occasionally to different members of the KGI teams...Steele has not been lets say very very friendly to Maren... basically he never shows a personality...to anyone... until he comes up with the plan to get Maren out of his "system" and then be about his way...what he has in muscles he lacks in intelligence in matters of the hear... moret...LUV this story... of course there is several different backstories from international drug dealers and all around bad men, to babies and luv and happiness for other members of the KGI team...luved this story...
review 2: I loved this story a lot!! Maren and Steele are again a sort of secondary characters, not in Kelly family, but they did some beautiful story. Maren is a doctor, she's working in Costa Rica helping poor people and Steele knows her because she helped all KGI here and there every time they need a doctor ASAP.Steele is always thinking to her and when he takes a break he goes to her and they have sex. The he left. Then he goes back again and they have sex (again). And then Maren is pregnant and before she can talk to Steele she's abducted by a drug trafficker. ANd Steele can rescue her after some months and when he sees Maren again she's pregnant and he doesn't know who is Maren's father child.I love all the story very much, it had action and feelings so I'm very happy. Again in this story we meet Hancock, a strange guy, with a very gray profile (he's an ex special ops). But again he acts like a very hero, protecting Maren with his life. I hope to see him again.Well, obviously I recommend it! :) less
