review 1: Awesome! I love reading about Rope bondage. It's so cool how artistic and arousing it can be! I've read a few books that included bondage in their BDSM scenes and each one is different, but just as erotic - So cool! And Diego is the best Bondage in Tygers! Lol We started off in this book just as the other one left off. Diego had tied up Angel and Ty had come in the room to announce that Sorcha was downstairs trying to bribe her way up to talk to Eric and Angel about what happened with the Jaymes. But they were under a gag order from the courts until the trial, in order to protect the evidence of the case. Diego volunteered to go down and take care of Sorcha. But as he stood at the top of the stairs watching her, he couldn't help but remember the one time he Topped her in a... more bondage in front of her Dom, Thomas. He would never take another Dom's sub, but still, he remembered everything about her.. and he wondered if she remembered, too.. When he approached her, she recognized him at once. Trying hard to get him to talk to her, or to get her up to talk to Eric and Angel, but of course, Diego was a loyal friend, not to mention a cop who wouldn't go against a gag order in the first place. But that didn't stop her from trying. He admired that about her. He invited her to go upstairs into a private room with her.. she kept asking if they would see Eric and Angel up there, he said he wasn't going to make any promises.. leaving her to make the decision. Sorcha screwed up a couple years ago. She was a writer for a paper and a good friend of hers told her that a teacher at the elementary school was molesting her child! Before Sorcha was able to get the confirmation on the facts, she went ahead and printed up the story, naming the teacher in black and white... but the truth came out. The teacher was guilty of having an affair with the woman, not the child, and he ended the relationship and she wanted revenge. Sorcha was fired, and shunned for 2 years in the journalism profession, so getting this story before anyone else meant more to her then anything. And she would stop at nothing to get it! So she goes upstairs with Diego, under the impression that they'll talk to Eric and Angel about what happened.. but surprise, they weren't there.. When Diego told her that he never promised they'd be up here, just that they were up here - it wasn't his fault that they had left... Sorcha was so angry, she just had to find them. when the opportunity presented itself she walked up to Diego and handcuffed him to the wall.. And yes, he was VERY PISSED OFF! She ran out of the room, trying to figure out how she would track down Angel and Eric, just as she realized that Diego had his cell phone in his pocket, and Ty was coming down the hallway.. She ducked down the stairs and ran off... and Ty walked in the room and saw Diego handcuffed. Of course Ty couldn't stop laughing for 5 mins before setting Diego free. Diego vowed to punish Sorcha for this... and he did.. the next day when Sorcha got home from a dead end interview, she walked into her kitchen. Just as she decided to take a shower, she walked out, and saw Diego sitting on her couch.. a few moments later, the doorbell rings. Pizza is here. Diego threatens her, without really threatening her. She is attracted to him. She always has been , and she knew she deserved a punishment, but she wasn't prepared for the offer he was giving her... Either she spend a 3 day weekend with him at his cabin (remember the dungeon :) ) OR she could have a public punishment which involved both him and Ty giving her a hard spanking... Sarcha wasn't much of a public display person, so she chose to have the 3 day weekend with him. Before she met with Diego to go to his cabin, she met with an old friend from high school. And guy she knew who was good at hacking into computers in his spare time. She didn't have a lot of money, but she had enough to get him to agree to hack into the police files and find out where they had Joe Black Hawk hidden, so she could go to him and get his side of the story. She needed that story to get her life back on track.... Now if you thought Lake was pretty strict in the BDSM room, you haven't seen Diego - when doing bondage, you have to make sure your sub is very obedient. She needs to be still so the ropes don't pull or hurt. So Diego is a very strict Dom so makes SURE his rules area always followed. But can Sorcha follow his "no talking, no moaning, no NOISE" rule? She seems to be raking up points on the "punishment chair" pretty quickly in this book :) Cute story, I loved the thrill of the story she was after and the danger that they put themselves in.. The only problem I had with this story, was I had to do a lot of "Google Translations" I don't speak spanish, and they don't translate it for you word for word. you can get the idea of what they're saying, but still, I like to know the word for word :) Looking forward to book #4 ... who's story will that be?? I think it's a possibility of Marcy's and Ward's ...
review 2: Sorcha Morales is an unemployed journalist. Because of a mistake she made she lost her job. Now she trying to get an interview with a witness in a trial. She hopes that this will revive her career.Diego Fuentes is a cop and a dom. Sorcha and Diego agree to meet in one of the play rooms. To his surprise Diego ends up handcuffed to the wall and Sorcha takes off. After Diego catches up with Sorcha she agrees to be his sub for the weekend.Diego is more into bondage then pain but has no problem meting out punishment when Sorcha puts her life in danger. These two complemented each other, both very stuborn and strong willed. I liked Sorcha because she is a full figured women who is comfortable with her body.The sex between these two is very hot. This was one of those BDSM stories that was not so over the top. Enjoyable! less
