review 1: I received this book as part the Goodreads First Reads program. The book was good. It wasn't great but the author showed a lot of promise. I'll admit that when I got the book the cover and description made me expect a very amateurish novel, but that isn't what I got. Yes it was a little rough around the edges but the story had an interesting premise and there was a lot of action the story moved quickly enough. All in all if you have a chance to pick up this book it is definitely worth it, we will see where the rest of the series goes with it. I'm excited about seeing this author come in to her own.
review 2: its different, i like it. i found it by a review,,glad i didnt see the cover first, or i wouldnt have taken another look! I think its better when the cover... mores don't show the faces of the main characters. I like to let the books writting/descriptions manafest them in my imagination! blurred,sillouete,back view,,,but like i said i am didnt look at the cover, just read a good review, and enjoyed the book! less
