review 1: What an interesting book. I love the way the author compares how birds use their feathers to something that humans use in their lives. Not only does it make the information more relevant to students, but it's also a good example of the use of similes in writing. I also like how it's set up to look like a scrapbook. I think students will really enjoy learning about this topic in the format.
