review 1: This book was amusing and entertaining, but it was somewhat contrived--the passages where she is speaking to her almost ex-husband. I failed to read what happened when the police discovered Charlie's secretary. Why was it necessary to kill the classroom hamsters. Also, from an intense program of daily appointments with the psychiatrist, Elle goes cold turkey--with the baggage that she is carrying, shouldn't she be keeping up with therapy? As I wrote, it was interesting--but still had holes.
