review 1: Betty reminds me a lot about my Jaeda. I think a lot of people, big or small could relate, as a parent I don't think I have ever thought about using money as a way to get Jaeda to understand why she can't have all the toys and T don't think Jaeda ever thought that money could run out. This book is very good at explaining in it's own special way that you should appreciate what you can get, and what you already have, and you don't need all the toys to do that. I would have kids journal (either write or color a picture) of a time they wanted more then what they could have and then how they became okay with it and understood they couldn't have everything. Kaplan, M., & Jorisch, S. (2012). Betty Bunny wants everything. New York: Dial Books for Young Rea... moreders.
review 2: I love Betty Bunny! It's true that Betty doesn't learn much by the end of this book but I'm sure the children who hear the story will figure it out. Readers should also pay careful attention to Betty's big brother Bill. He is absolutely the best big brother ever and not because he spoils her. He watches and warns her but never gets upset by her antics. All in all, Kaplan's Betty Bunny rates right up there with Skippyjohn Jones. You can't help but love them. less
